BSA 650cc Road Rocket 1957 Fully Restored
Advertised by BSA as undoubtedly the "Worlds Greatest Motorcycle" It was launched as the top of BSA's range in 1954, the BSA Road Rocket had an A1O 650CC twin engine with an alloy cylinder head, high compression pistons, and high lift camshaft giving 40bhp and a top speed of 110 mph there was very little around to match its performance at the time
This stunning example received a total nut and bolt restoration in 2008 to a really high standard. It was purchased by us and sold in that year to the last owner, who due to advancing years only managed around 186 miles in total. Since passing away the bike has been keep in a heated office for the last two years and is now back in stock in the same fine condition as before
Everything you could wish for was done on this bike, high quality paint job, fully re-chromed, wheels all re-built, full engine overhall, new chains, Avon speed- master tyres, many stainless steel nuts and bolts, re-wired, the list just goes on.
